REDFERN PROJECT | We loved working on the internal renovation of this Redfern terrace. The project involved reconfiguring the footprint of the ground floor and designing a modern open plan kitchen/living, laundry and bathroom.

This is one of the last steps of the renovation. Once the benchtop is installed, the glass supplier goes to site to measure the splashback so they can manufacture the glass to the millimeter. This is a process where the BOS staff is present to help with any questions our clients or supplier might have 😊

Our clients in Annandale wanted to renovate the kitchen without losing the charm of the old house. We opted for polyurethane shaker-style cabinets, glass overheads to display antique pieces that the client had collected throughout the years, and an island on wheels to allow layout flexibility.
We reused their old timber shelves, which added warmth and natural tones to the space, and also enabled them to display crockery and keep everyday items more accessible. Smartstone Concreto Avorio benchtops and splashbacks ensure durability and add a finishing modern concrete touch.
