The following times are guides for when internet orders are packed each day:
9.30am Mondays and Tuesdays. 10.30am Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account delays caused by payment and authorisation.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
For international orders, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to re-direct orders once items have been dispatched.
Because customs policies vary from country to country, orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. This cost is not included in our freight cost. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. For more information about your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
If you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout.
We can only exchange items and do not refund, so please take care with your selection and refer to the size and colour guides before finalising your choice.
We can only exchange items that have been unused in a resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt of goods, for example:
• the item is in its original packaging (if any);
• the item is unused and as sold;and
• copy of receipt presented
Please include your receipt, contact details, including the order number, name, email address and phone number, with your goods.
A return must be requested within seven days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Blakes Of Sydney and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with original packaging. Returns that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive a bin that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
BOS will replace any defective item or part of Product at its sole cost, including delivery, upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of the defective item or part.
For any claim to be recognised customers must notify BOS immediately and provide an order number or receipt number as proof of purchase and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the following guidelines:
• BOS will replace without charge any damaged or faulty components within 7 days from purchase.
• At our discretion Blakes Of Sydney may request the goods to be returned by the customer or an image of the defective product emailed to us.
• You may return the bins to the Blakes Of Sydney Distribution Centre, 4/53 Coogee St Randwick NSW 2031 or by contacting us for the nearest international distribution centre.
