If you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout.
We can only exchange items and do not refund, so please take care with your selection and refer to the size and colour guides before finalising your choice.

A return must be requested within seven days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Blakes Of Sydney and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with original packaging. Returns that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive a bin that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
BOS will replace any defective item or part of Product at its sole cost, including delivery, upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of the defective item or part.
For any claim to be recognised customers must notify BOS immediately and provide an order number or receipt number as proof of purchase and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the following guidelines:
